What will WE do?

Well, I was going to post today about my frustrations with homeschooling my 4.5 year old with my 2.5 year olds acting like crazy people (and by crazy I mean continual fit throwing for over an hour).

However, I saw this video on the Bowers' adoption blog. I am now sitting here with tears all over my face, streaming onto my lap, blurry vision and a broken heart.

Warning: This video contains images that may not be suitable for all people. These children are severely malnourished and crippled.

The only question that remains is:

What will YOU do, now that you know?

What will I do?

  1. please have your reader's research Compassion.com. Compassion is a Christian organization that gives children, in 25 countries, a chance at "just being a child" and having the hope to better themselves and become responsible, Christian adults. It not only feeds their body, but feeds their soul. We have been so blessed since partnering with them. I just blogged about this video also, so powerful...

  2. Okay, bawling my eyes out! I cannot think of our little boys like that! So heart wrenching!

We actually have some missionaries from our church that are doing work there in Uganda. I see pictures all the time (from our friends that are there) and they just break my heart and make me want to go participate in the orphanage over there!

Oh how God loves those precious little ones!
