Baby D's Court Hearing Today

The judge ruled to continue Baby D's case plan as reunification with the birth parents. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated and even a little ticked.

Thanks for the prayers and encouragement.

  2. With court behind you for 2008, I'm praying that you can focus on the holidays now without the distraction of lawyers and judges. You are both WONDERFUL parents and you are blessings to all five of your children. Justice may be blind, but I can see the truth. It will come. Until then, keep leaning on the Savior. He brings freedom from all that is unfair in the world. Merry Christmas, my friend! Our Savior lives!

  4. I am praying for you and your family that you will still experience true peace even in the midst of all this ridiculous mess. I am glad that you will get to keep him and spend time with him this much longer!

  5. Sorry that things did not go better in court. I cannot begin to imagine your frustration and sadness. We are embarking on this same journey and your blog helps me prepare my heart for some of the heartache and frustrations from a "system" that most times bends over backwards to accomodate adults who are not willing to keep their end of the bargain instead of bending over backwards to do what is in the best interest of the children.

Praying that you may experience peace and joy as we celebrate our saviour's birth.
