Home For Sale

As you may know, we have our house on the market. On Sunday we had our second ever showing and the folks seem really interested. They are coming again tomorrow night for a second look and both our realtor and their realtor think they will make an offer.

I'm not getting my hopes real high. There are so many things that have to fall into place before we can kiss this pile 'o debt goodbye begin frantically searching for a new place live. We have to reach a negotiated price, there have to be no hang ups with the inspection or appraisal. They must secure a loan. And finally, closing must go through.

So, I'm trusting. Although it's really hard for me to think about moving from this house because I really love it so much, I know that putting our house on the market was an act of obedience. And if it is God's desire for us to be living someplace else by Christmas time, then we will.

Trusting with you that God will not only supply a buyer for your house, but a home for your family that will meet your needs and then some.

  5. If you get an offer, and want a good deal there is a 6 bedroom house up for action in our neighborhood on Sunday ...they say they will sell no matter how low the price is. Here is the link:

Because, I will only be happy if you move closer to us. (Although I guess I will suck it up and be happy at whatever God has in store for you :-)

  7. So scary and exciting all at the same time! I love moving and getting to redecorate... however when we moved here we got a baby 3 weeks later... not so much decorating went on. I don't think I will fully get to unpack/decorate/arrange my furniture until Bear is off to college! :)

Hope all goes well with selling and settling again. God has HIS eye on HIS sparrows! He has the perfect nest for you somewhere!!!!
