The Story of Us: Part 10

Read these first:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5
Part 6
Part 7
Part 8
Part 9

Because of my obsession with having things even, I had to post a part 10. Okay, okay, I don't really have anything else to add, but I thought I'd go out on a limb and see if anyone had any questions about our story.

I will try to answer them, and I will even allow anonymous commenting.

Don't be offended if I don't answer your question, although I will try to answer all of them that I can, as thoroughly as I can.

So...here goes. Ask away!

**Commenting on this post is now closed. However, if you've read all other 9 parts and have questions or comments, please feel free to email them to me at beaverbunch (at) gmail (dot) com.

Thanks!**

  1. Since the time in your story where you and Luke came to have a Christ centered relationship, what have been the biggest changes you've seen in each other?

  2. I considered asking you some goofy question like "Why did you marry Luke with that horrible last name?" but I decided to dig a little deeper. I have seen a dramatic change in you over the past 10 years. It has been neat to watch God guide you and change your heart. It inspires me and reminds me that He cares about us all deeply and wants us to draw near to Him.

You mentioned your past experiences in relationships. You and I have talked about the regret about those decisions. While I can see that God has healed your heart and you no longer seek those paths, I believe that those times will remain as threads in God's tapestry of your life. We have the promise that God uses all things for good. How do you think God has used your past for good?

  4. No questions...just wanted to say, once again, that your story was a great read. It was inspiring, real and totally amazing.
    God is so good.
I love that you give Him the glory and admit where you fall short (as we all fall short).
May He be made strong in our weaknesses!
    God Bless you!

(Oh yeah...and i DID want to know about the last name thing that amanda asked) ;0)

  5. Jessica, do you think we could meet up sometime - you, me, Luke, and David?

  6. Thank you. She actually prayed about it today, too. Whether it was genuine or just to pacify me, I can't say, but it is a step and that puts my heart at ease.

And awesome! We can't wait either. :]

ps, plan on running out of food - he eats EVERYTHING (except mushrooms).
