My sweet Paigey

Yesterday morning, my sweet friend Paige ran into the arms of her beloved Savior. While my heart grieves so heavily I know she is worshipping the Great I Am. Our children are in shock, I believe. She was a huge part of our lives, spending many nights curled up on our couch with a child or eating M&Ms with me late into the early morning hours.

May her life be a fragrant offering to the Lord Almighty. And please, Jesus, be near.

Please pray for her family as they suffer this tragedy and for her sweet sister Grace as she travels back from Nairobi, Kenya. Grace departed Monday evening to serve a 2 year term with the Network of International Christian Schools in Kenya. She was on the ground a mere 2 hours when she called home to receive such heartbreaking news. She is scheduled to be back home on Friday.

  1. I'm so sorry, Jessica. We are praying for your family and for her family as well. Again, how I wish we were closer to be helpful to your family. Know you are being prayed for from Oregon.

  2. You were on my mind this morning my friend. I was thinking about you and your family. I know we're in shock and Caylin was so upset yesterday. Our hearts are broken, but like you I know she is dancing and jumping around Jesus and having an amazing time. So blessed to know her. Praying for your family, especially your kids. I know how hard it is to explain death to a child.

  5. My heart aches for their family, and yours too- I know she was such an important part of your lives. I will be praying specifically for peace & that her testimony will bring about life for others in the mist of her death.

  6. When I heard I was crushed for her family and prayed for them, but also realized you'd have to tell 7 beautiful children the news. I didn't know Paige as well as most just because our family is 2 yrs new to Richfork, but enjoyed watching your children enjoy her and her enjoy them. And you could see how much you loved her and appreciated her. So sorry for your loss!

  9. at a loss! I am rarely on fb seeing anyone's posts these days but today I was looking for something in particular and saw your post. I am so so sorry sweet friend. I know it's a hard bit to process and the days seem so long when grief is your company but I know for as long as she was in your lives, her life is one that will continue on in the memories she left behind. Until the day you all see her again, may our FATHER and those memories sustain you all! Love to you all. Praying... oh I am certainly praying for you all as well as her family!
