The.hardest.post.ever.written.(by.me)

Well.this.may.prove.to.be.the.hardest.post.I've.ever.written.

All.because.of.some.little.chubby's.grabby.hands.&.fingers,our.computer,and.a.cup.of.water.

bet.you.thought.this.was.going.to.be.emotional.and.heartfelt,huh(insert.question.mark).

Oh.yes.I'm.taking.blogging.to.a.whole.new.level.

OH.YES.I.AM.

Water.Damage.People.

WATER.DAMAGE.Apparently,Dell.doesn't.make.their.computers.water.proof.

Who.Knew(insert.question.mark)

The.said.water.(and.corresponding.baby)
damaged.our.spacebar.the.letters,"b"&"n"&.also.
the.arrow.keys.nor.does.the.question.mark.key.work.

Hence.all.the.periods.due.to.a.non-functioning.spacebar.

Wanna.know.how.I'm.typing.the.letters."b"&"n"(insert.question.mark)

COPY.&.PASTE.Oh.yes.

Do.you.know.how.many.words.contain.the.letters."b"&"n"(insert.question.mark)

I'm.too.lazy.too.find.a.question.mark.to.copy.and.paste.

So,Luke.&.I.are.trying.to.decide.what.kind.of.new.computer.to.purchase.

Should.we.get.a.....MAC(insert.question.mark)

or

purchase.another....PC(insert.question.mark)(Clearly,I.enjoy.accurate.punctuation.even.with.a.jacked.computer.Clearly.)

What.would.you.do(insert.question.mark)...you.know.other.than.continuing.to.write.with.
all.periods(question.mark)

If.you.don't.hear.from.me.for.a.few.days,I'm.trying.to.revive.a.drowned.computer.

  2. I feel you're pain. One particular child at my house has overflowed the shower causing $4000worth of damage in my dining room below (Thankful for $500 insurance deductible). He also had a miscalculation playing with a baseball last week. $250 duductible on the broken car window. That has been in the last 8 weeks. The kid TAX can be high sometimes. Sorry.....

  3. Oops.... that would be "YOUR" pain not "you're" pain...

  4. Desktops are made for people with many small children because the keyboards are easy to replace.

  5. I know it's wrong of me to chuckle at your loss... but I admire your willingness to persevere with writing the post despite having the availability of punctuation and your B and N. I'm missing the delete key on my laptop. Not a severe loss, but I type and spell terribly and I cannot make up my mind what I want to say.

I've heard MAC is great for photography and graphic needs, but I'm a PC girl all the way.

  6. Honestly, you would love a Mac. They love photography. And creative dabbles. Check macofalltrades.com. I usually buy from them.

  7. I'm sorry to say this made my laugh hyserically!!!

    Only because my story is...

We don't have kids and I, yes me a grown adult, spilled a pot, yes that's right POT of coffee on our laptop...I wasn't laughing then :(

Hope you find a computer you love soon! Have a great week!

  8. Mac is definitely the best for graphics and videos. But I'm a pc user too. I just got a new desktop, and it was a pc. So much cheaper, and all my school software only works on pc. So not much choice there.

And even with all the broken keys, your post is still easier to read than some people's!

  9. I just laughed out loud reading this post and got some great looks from the fam! I've always had a PC but most of my friends have Macs (and LOVE THEM!) so I may be making the switch next time around (which will probably be sooner than later)

  10. Mac Mac BigMac. Oh yeeeahh. We got one a few years ago and aside from occasional aggravations if some program (usually from the state of SC) is only programmed to run on pc, I have loved it. No viruses. No problems. Soooo easy to drag stuff around from place to place. We just got a pc notebook for my work. And I HATE it now. iPhoto is so much easier than save here, now save here, now import....

  11. I suggest Mac. And if you homeschool, they give very generous discounts.
You won't be disappointed. They are smooth, seamless and stable. Innitialyy more expensive, but worth the investment. And the Apple Care has rescued us many times.
No, i don't get paid to say this. It's that I was a PC for ever and finally saw the light after being married to a Mac man for 12 years. Now we have all Mac's in our house. I'll never go back.
And that baby. I just want to scoop her up and squish her and kiss her chubby cheeks. She is scrumptious!!!!!

  12. Oh my word, this post cracked me up.

I've always heard MACs were superior, but I've played with them before and I didn't catch on quickly. Or at all.

  13. i was wondering what was going on with all the periods!

  14. LOVED this post!

Go MAC MAC MAC. Oh yea!

Our immediate family has 11 Macs and 1 PC. Our PC boy has had to replace his PC (and he didn't buy a cheap one), while all of our Macs just keep on running.

I used a PC at work for 5 years, while using a MAC at home. LOVE my mac!!!

Can't wait to catch up with your family. I had MAJOR bloggy withdrawals while on our Road Trip. I had SLOW internet so many times. I would read peoples blogs, write out a long comment, and then the comment would never post. So sad!

Good to be home ... after driving 9,000 miles.

Hope you all are doing well!

    Be BLESSED!

    Laurel :)
