But, it's almost 4:30pm and my people are waking up from naps and we have a gymnastics "performance" tonight that I must prepare my little gymnasts for. And, I still haven't showered today.

At first, I thought you were breaking free of your running plan in aims of doing a 10K...then I worried that you did want to do a 10K and I had you on a 5K plan.
