Awh, I know. Why does it have to go so fast? I think I sat and smelled Layla's morning breath and marveled at the dried up drool on her mouth for at least 10 minutes this morning while she watched Veggie Tales.
I think I must have been attempting to make time stand still--which was interrupted by a nice little "what are you doing mommy" :-) HAHAHA....
Even though I saw them just a couple of months ago, I think Ashlee has changed the most. I do wish I could make time stand still some times. I look at my kids and just try to burn the moments into my mind. I'm so scared that with my terrible memory there are so many things I will forget.

Gosh, I was JUST thinking the same thing about my two. It doesn't help that I have the song "Let Them Be Little" playing in the background! ;)

ReplyDeleteI need to talk to you someday...about fostering.

Holly
